How do I stop Luca from being noisy?

Three controls. First, severity routing: only high-severity alerts ping you in real time, everything else batches into a daily digest. Second, smart suppression: repeat alerts on the same root cause collapse into one thread. Third, self-tuning: Luca learns which alerts you act on and quietly raises the threshold on the ones you ignore. Most customers settle into 3–5 real notifications a day, not 30.

What happens if Luca makes a wrong call at L3 or L4?

Every action is reversible in one click. The audit log shows you exactly what Luca did, why, and against which data. If you reverse an action, Luca treats that as a strong signal and either raises its confidence threshold for that action type or escalates similar actions back to L2 (approval-gated) until trust is re-established.

Can I assign different autonomy levels to different team members?

Yes. Autonomy is set per action type and per role. Your CMO might have L3 authority on Meta budgets up to €10k changes; your CFO has L2 on capital draws; your founder has L4 on weekly digests. Configurable in granular detail.

Does Luca work if I only want intelligence, no actions?

Absolutely. Lock everything at L0 (read-only) or L1 (suggest). Luca becomes a powerful business-intelligence interface (proactive insights, cross-functional reasoning, scheduled reports) without ever touching your accounts. Many customers run for the first 30–60 days this way.

How is this different from "AI agents" in Triple Whale or Shopify Sidekick?

Triple Whale's Moby Agents run rule-based analysis within marketing data. Shopify Sidekick acts within Shopify only. Luca's agent reasons across marketing, finance, accounting, banking, and ops, and can execute across all of them. The difference isn't features; it's the unified context layer underneath. Without that, an agent is just a scheduled script.
